Today is the first day I began background work and my started receiving compensation for Acting work!
SUNDAY, JANUARY 29TH, 2016
Today is the first day since I closed my show Camino Real! Performing a Tennessee Williams play was a blessing from the Gods as I have always been a fan of his work. Working with Matt Trucano a 3rd year MFA student from Columbia University (thru the Columbia Stages program), was a learning experience! He is truly an Actor's Director and constantly challenged us to find more emotional depth than we could ever dream of. Kevin Gilmartin played my leading man, Jacques and despite our age differences we created a relationship fraught with betrayal, anger and love. It was the first time I made my father speechless and I am deeply humbled by this experience! I can not wait for my next time on stage and theatre is definitely in the blood again!

Camino Real by Tennessee Williams Directed by Matt Trucano
In equal parts romance, farce, satire, and pagan ritual, Camino Real sketches a dreamscape of the lonely heart, a space for critical self-re ection and possible spiritual redemption. Tennessee’s richly textured imagery envelops the audience in a reverberating pageant of physical, emotional, and psychic landscapes which morph as in a dream: shockingly, kaleidoscopically, and inevitably. Williams warns, “The people in my play are romantics confronted by very real situations as they come to the end of the road. It is a real road.”
